Nutella Macarons

Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
For Macarons:
- 100 g egg whites at room temperature
100 g of granulated sugar
125 g of almond flour
150 g of icing sugar
For Filling:
- 5 tbsp nutella
2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp whipped creaml
Directions:
- With the help of a planetary mixer, beat the egg whites together with the sugar for at least 15 minutes;
- sift the almond flour together with the icing sugar, mix the 2 compounds and make the macarons.
- Bake in the oven at 300F for about 20/25 minutes.
- The trick is to let the macarons rest for 2 hours at room temperature before baking!
